Cosy Corner North Campground

Cosy Corner free camping Bay of Fires, camp at Cosy Corner North Bay of Fires no cost for up to 4-weeks, no bookings all camping is on a first-come, first-served basis. Dogs are OK if on a lead at all times, all sites are unpowered and there are limited facilities only, being excellent pit toilets with disabled access. A ranger patrols the Bay of Fires campgrounds. Set up your campervan, motorhome, camper trailer or caravan close to the beach, or further back in a bush setting amongst trees that will provide shelter from the wind that is common in this area of Tasmania. There are no showers, no water and no rubbish collection. Cosy Corner North is well signposted off Binalong Bay Road, with access via a pretty good gravel road some 5.6km north of the Binalong Bay Road intersection on the C848. Take long walks on the beach, or go rock or beach fishing with care. Swim also with extreme care, the beaches in the Bay of Fires area are not patrolled – obey all signs.
